The new Xbox Experience changes the user interface
Microsoft has officially revealed the new Xbox experience that arrives at Xbox One and Game Pass on PC with Xbox mobile applications. The user interface is a big change, and it is designed for the November exit of the Xbox Series X. Changes made to the user interface include visual improvements, faster loading times and some quality of life adjustments. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate brings the wide range Game Pass to all platforms reworked by the new Xbox experience in November.
Microsoft has shown the new Xbox experience with a recent video that included members of the development team, including the Xbox Research and Design Manager, Chris Novak. Apparently, it will take advantage of Xbox Velocity architecture and fast recovery on Xbox Series X to load more than 30% more quickly depending on what Xbox fans are trying to load. The Home screen will load 50% faster while the return to the screen of a game is 30% faster and the improvements occupy 40% less than before.
Visual enhancements included with the new Xbox experience include more readable text and screen elements such as tile shapes. The Xbox One really focused on this element of tile, but apparently, the new Xbox experience launched with the Xbox Series X will optimize the design of the tile. Microsoft describes the new layout of the next Xbox experience as faster and more targeted. The updates and gaming extracts of a console will be added to the Xbox application on mobile, which will make it easier to share online.
